Is there a free plan?
Yes — you get 1 free code scan every day, no card required. The agent runs it, shows plain-English proof, and grades you 0–100. That daily scan is the only free thing; credits power everything else, and you upgrade (or top up) when you want more.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
Every plan gives you a monthly pool of credits the agent spends as it works (a code scan is 50 credits, a fix PR is 250), plus always-on monitoring: uptime checks are included free and 24/7 app monitoring runs at a cheaper per-app rate (with more included apps) as you go up. Starter is 2,000 credits/mo; Growth is 5,000 (4,500 + 500 bonus) and where most teams start; Scale is 10,900 (9,900 + 1,000 bonus) for heavy use with priority and dependency upgrades.
Do I need a plan for uptime and 24/7 monitoring?
Yes — both uptime and 24/7 app monitoring require a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale). Uptime monitoring is included free with every plan. 24/7 app monitoring is funded by credits — per app, opt-in, and it needs a verified domain. Weekly monitoring is 200 credits per app per month on every plan. Daily monitoring is 1,300 credits/app on Starter, 400 credits/app on Growth (up to 3 apps), 200 credits/app on Scale (up to 10 apps). Turn it on or off anytime — it's pro-rated, and auto-renew is optional. The free plan includes 1 code scan a day, but no monitoring.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks. Monitoring keeps running from a reserved maintenance slice, and you can top up any time — top-up credits are one-time and valid 12 months. Unused monthly credits also roll over for one month, so you rarely run dry.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — anytime, from the Billing page. You keep your credits and access until the end of the current period, and we never lock you in.
Which currency am I charged in, and is there GST?
India is billed in INR via Razorpay — the plan price plus 18% GST, with a proper tax invoice. Everywhere else is billed in USD via Polar, our merchant of record, with no GST added. The price shown adapts to your region automatically.
Do you store my source code?
No. The agent reads your code to scan it, then the code is dropped — we never store your source. GitHub access is least-privilege, and you get one-click approval on any fix before it merges.
