Refund Policy

1. 3-day refund window
You can request a refund within 3 days of any payment — email support@opviva.com or send us a message from Support inside the app. If you haven't used the service in that time, you get a full refund of what you paid.
2. Used some of it? We deduct only that
If you've used the service within those 3 days, we deduct the value of what you actually used and refund the balance. You're never charged for what you didn't use.
3. After 3 days
Payments are non-refundable once 3 days have passed — your payment covers the current month, so keep using the service for the rest of the period. You can cancel anytime from Billing to stop all future charges.
4. Cancelling and the next month
When you cancel, you are not charged for the following month. If your account or data is auto-deleted (per your retention settings) and a refundable balance remains, we process it automatically — refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. How to request a refund
Within 3 days of purchase, email support@opviva.com from your account email — or message us from Support — with your invoice number. We check it against the rules above and, where due, issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. International (non-India) customers
Payments outside India are processed by our merchant of record, Polar. The same rules apply; refunds for these payments are handled by Polar — contact support@opviva.com and we'll process it with them.
7. Taxes
Where a refund is issued, any GST or sales tax collected on the refunded amount is returned along with it.
