What we promise
Most tools scan once and hand you a report. Opviva's agent keeps watching. While your plan is active it monitors your connected apps continuously, proves each confirmed issue is real, and opens reviewed fix PRs for the ones it can safely fix. If we ever stop doing that work, you shouldn't pay for it — and this page says so in writing.
1. Continuous-monitoring credit
If the agent fails to run your scheduled security checks for a full billing period because of a lapse on our side, that period is credited back to you — in full. You don't have to argue about it; that's the deal.
2. Action on confirmed criticals
When the agent's verification stage confirms a critical, exploitable issue in a connected app, we commit to acting on it — a reviewed fix PR, or a clear written remediation step — within two business days. If we don't, email us and we'll credit that month.
3. What this guarantee is — and isn't
This is a guarantee about our work: that the agent keeps monitoring, proves an exploit before it alarms you, and acts on what it confirms. It is not a security warranty or insurance. No tool — human or AI — can promise an app is unbreakable, and any company that tells you otherwise is selling you something. We guarantee the diligence, not the absence of every possible vulnerability.
4. Verified before you're alarmed
Every finding the agent escalates has passed a second, adversarial verification pass that gates out false positives and unexploitable noise — the proof lands on your Evidence Canvas so you can see it, not take our word for it. We would rather tell you about ten real issues than bury them in a hundred theoretical ones. That restraint is part of the guarantee.
5. How to claim a credit
Email support@opviva.com from the address on your account, with your account and the period in question. We check it against the terms above and apply the credit to your account or original payment method within 5–7 business days. No phone tree, no retention script.
6. Cancel anytime
The guarantee runs alongside your plan. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page to stop future billing, and refunds within the first 3 days follow our Refund Policy. The guarantee never locks you in — it's there to earn your renewal, not trap it.
